Refund policy

Cancellation & refunds

There is no refund policy: the fee is non-refundable and cancellation does not entitle you to any money back. If you cannot continue, you may be accommodated in the next batch by sending a request to founder@vilambarammedia.com. You may not exit the cohort WhatsApp group at any point until the cohort is completed.

Payment processing & support

Razorpay processes payments under its own terms. Support is provided via chat only, and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
